| Pre-Pay Power (www.prepaypower.ie) is an alternative electricity supplier who required a custom web-based CRM to be developed. The new CRM is responsible for the recording of new customers as well as the management of the switchover process for these customers from their current electricity supplier (i.e. ESB, Airtricity or Bord Gais) to Pre-Pay Power. The solution involved the design and development of a complete CRM system with integrated XML bi-directional messaging to the current ESB servers in order to affect the changeover. |
